These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alfie (the "Service"), operated by JAB CORP ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Alfie helps investors and analysts organize, review, and reconcile financial and legal documents for due diligence. The Service uses automated tools, including AI-assisted analysis, to surface data and flag potential issues. The Service does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Every output should be independently reviewed before you rely on it for any investment decision.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information you upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You retain ownership of everything you upload. We don't use your uploaded documents to train general-purpose models, and we don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect it.
You agree not to use the Service to upload content you don't have the right to share, to attempt to access another customer's data, or to use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
Analysis, flags, recommendations, and summaries produced by the Service are generated with the assistance of AI models and automated checks. While the Service is designed so that numeric figures are always traced back to your source documents, AI-generated judgment (e.g. narrative assessments, plausibility checks) can be wrong. The Service is provided "as is," without warranty that any output is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular investment decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAB CORP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on its output.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at jean@alfea.io.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
